I ate this and it was throughly enjoyed!
American Feast!
Fried chicken, potato salad, corn on the cob, and peach pie with ice cream. Since this was my first time frying chicken I burnt the first three pieces, but not to the point of being inedible. All the chicken after was perfect. I brined it first, too, to make sure it was nice and juicy. I put bacon in the potato salad, and don’t think I can have it any other way now. I admit I did not make the pie crust myself (nor the ice cream!). I always use Robin Hood boxed mix. It always turns out perfectly and is cheaper and faster and I just don’t see a reason to not use it. I made the filling myself and that is where the love is, so that’s what matters.
